Number My Document is designed to process supported PDF and DOCX files in your browser. The main PDF page numbering, Bates numbering, watermarking, and DOCX section-numbering workflows do not intentionally upload your files to our server.

Files you process

Your selected files are handled by client-side JavaScript in your browser. We do not store your documents, page content, file names, or generated output on our server as part of the basic tool workflow.

Analytics and advertising

The site can use Google Analytics and Google AdSense when environment variables are configured by the site owner. These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Advertising is kept separate from the tool controls and should not block document processing.

Limitations

Very large files may still be limited by your browser memory, device speed, embedded media, encrypted files, or unusual document structures. Always review output before official submission.
